Archipel
Archipel was a board game I made in my free time when I was in college. It was a game for up to four players, in which they controlled a ship and its crew in an age-of-sail-inspired setting.

A game of Archipel lasted between one and two hours, and every game was different thanks to objectives cards randomly drawn at the beginning of the game, as well as a board made of connecting tiles also drawn randomly. It also featured a sailing system based on wind, with the direction and power of the wind determined by dice rolls.

As my first real game project, Archipel taught me a lot about game design, balancing, receiving player feedback and iterating. It was also an interesting exercise in designing procedural generation for a non-digital game.
