Elementsworn
Elementsworn is an unofficial supplement for the pen-and-paper role-playing game Ironsworn by Shawn Tomkin.
Elementsworn alters the core game and adds new rules to refit the setting from early medieval low-fantasy to the universe of Nickelodeon’s Avatar franchise. It features a balance mechanic to track the player character’s philosophical well-being, special rules for bender characters and for the Avatar, as well as additional content such as oracle tables, an updated character sheet and over 80 asset cards.
As of august 2024, it has been downloaded over 1,900 times on itch.io. With Elementsworn, I learned a lot about game design and balancing specifically for pen and paper RPGs, and also about translation as I wrote the French translation myself.
